Details:

PTFE has excellent all-round properties performing well at both high and low temperatures, being corrosion-resistant, non-stick, self-lubricating and insulating. In addition, it has a low friction coefficient.

Filler Functions:

Glass fibers

The glass fiber improves the war properties and also the deformation under load.

Carbon

The carbon improves considerably, wear resistance and deformation under load while leaves practically unchanged the chemical resistance. it improves electrical properties.

Bronze

The Bronze has excelent wear properties, low deformation under load and good thermal and electrical conductivity.

Graphite

The Graphite improves the deformation under load, to a minor degree, the wear properties . It improves thermal and electrical conductivity.
